TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC

1 Scope
These terms and conditions regulate the business dealings between the company Gundeli Velos (hereinafter referred to as Gundeli Velos) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the customer). Decisive is the current version of the terms and conditions at the time the contract is concluded.

2. Prices
All prices are given in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Price changes and errors are reserved.

3. Order and purchase order
An order is placed by the Orderer is triggered online on the Internet and is generally binding.
Gundeli Velos accepts the order by sending an order confirmation by email to the customer.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
If, as an exception, an article is not available, the corresponding ordered article will be reimbursed or, if mutually agreed, it will be delayed.

4. Shipping costs
No shipping costs for orders over CHF 200.00
The shipping costs for Switzerland and Liechtenstein are CHF 10.00 for less than CHF 200.00
Shipping to Europe generally costs CHF 30.00 and is only possible with prepayment / PayPal payment.
Please note that there may be additional customs costs for deliveries abroad.

5. Delivery
Delivery is normally made within a few days by Swiss Post.
In the event of a delivery delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible via email.

6. Payment terms
Payment is made by credit card via PayPal or by invoice.
For orders on account the amount is to be transferred immediately upon receipt of the goods.
Please note that this payment option is not possible in the following cases:
- If your delivery address does not match the billing address.
- For outstanding invoice amounts from previous orders.
- If the shopping cart value is too high or the credit check is negative.
The upper limit to this varies with the procedures of the previous one Orders.
A processing fee of CHF 20.00 is charged for each individual reminder.
Gundeli Velos also reserves the right to send orders only after receipt of payment.

7. Retention of Title
The delivered items remain the property of Gundeli Velos until they have been paid for in full.

8. Returns and exchanges
Wrong deliveries will be exchanged provided the goods are in their original packaging and is unused.
Items with manufacturing defects will be exchanged. Please note the exchange information.
We do not send any consignments on approval.
If incorrectly ordered items are returned, the customer will be reimbursed the amount minus the processing fee of CHF 20.00 per item in the form of a goods credit. Returns are always made at the risk of the purchaser.
Promotions, reduced items and pants (for hygienic reasons) are not exchanged!

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The provisions of Swiss law apply, even if appointments are made from abroad. The place of jurisdiction and performance is Basel-Stadt, Switzerland.

10. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective, this does not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. In addition, Gundeli Velos reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.

DATA PROTECTION
The information you provide will only be used within the framework of the customer relationship and within our group of companies. We do not pass on your data, including your postal and email address, to third parties. This does not apply to companies associated with order processing (e.g. the shipping company commissioned with the delivery). In these cases, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum.
You have the right at any time to request free information as to whether and which data about you is being processed. You can request that incorrect data be corrected or that your data be deleted.
With technical and organizational security measures, we do everything we can to protect your data against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons.
